Quarterly General Meetings
Meetings of the general membership are held approximately four times
a year. Members and nonmembers alike are encouraged to attend. Varied
programs have been presented – dance, musical, and other performances,
lectures, trip reports, videos, and introductions of visitors. Tasty
refreshments provided.
Board members are elected by vote of the general membership at the
first Quarterly Meeting of the year held in January or February.
Quarterly meetings are usually held at 7:30 pm. To confirm the date

Monthly Board of Directors’ Meetings
Meetings of the Board of Directors are open to those who wish to attend.
These meetings are usually held the third Wednesday of every month
at 5:00 pm. If you would like to attend please contact Dan at:
